Fluent in five languages including English, Spanish and Portuguese, Rui excels in creating an inclusive environment for a global clientele and leading diverse teams in high end, fast paced environments.
Rui’s career highlights include managing award-winning restaurants in San Francisco, where his innovative approach to service and operations earned him industry accolades. His extensive expertise spans daily operations, staff development, and strategic growth initiatives, constantly driving revenue and enhancing guest satisfaction across a variety of dining establishments.
Rui holds a degree in Hospitality Management, with certifications in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness. His ability to adapt to different culinary cultures and deliver exceptional dining experiences has made him a leader in the industry. Rui’s award-winning achievements are a testament to his commitment to excellence and his drive to stay at the forefront of hospitality.

Andy Jonsson

Andy Jonsson is a Partner and co-founder of ROME Real Estate Group, Inc.
A Sacramento native and a graduate of Christian Brothers High School and California State University Sacramento (Sacramento State University), Andy blends a dynamic career in commercial real estate and accounting. Andy graduated from Sacramento State University and majored in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Accounting Information Systems. Andy is a proud member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Association of Commercial Real Estate. His journey in the professional realm began at a major national accounting firm which culminated as a manager with the CPA certification (expired). Andy oversaw large teams engaging in financial audit and consulting services for medium to large sized companies and not for profits across various sectors, including Food & Agriculture, Oil and Gas, and Healthcare.
Transitioning into commercial real estate in 2018, Andy rapidly ascended to Vice President of Brokerage at Ethan Conrad Properties. His remarkable track record encompasses personally brokering hundreds of commercial real estate transactions including representing landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers. Andy's expertise lies in investment sales, identifying value-add commercial real estate opportunities, and leasing commercial properties in Northern California and the Central Valley. His deep understanding of real estate markets, combined with his accounting acumen, positions him uniquely in the industry, making him a pivotal asset to ROME Real Estate Group and its clients.
Andy lives in Sacramento with his wife and two young children and currently sits as the Board Chairman of the not-for-profit Easters Seals Superior California.
